Welcome to High Prints. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the High Prints website and your purchase of refurbished printers and related products through our website.
By accessing or using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

High Prints is an independent online retailer specializing in refurbished printers and related products.
High Prints is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by printer manufacturers unless a specific relationship is expressly stated on the applicable product or website page.
Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes.
2. Products
High Prints primarily sells refurbished printers.
Unless a product is expressly identified as new, products offered on this website are refurbished products.
Refurbished products may have previously been sold, returned, used, serviced, repaired, inspected, or otherwise handled before being offered for resale.
Product condition, included accessories, specifications, compatibility, appearance, and other details will be described on the applicable product page.
Customers should review the product description and specifications before placing an order.
3. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability information, and pricing.
Because refurbished products may differ in cosmetic condition or included accessories, the actual product may have minor differences from photographs or illustrative images.
Such differences will not affect the product’s advertised essential characteristics.
If a material error in a product description or price is discovered before fulfillment, High Prints may contact the customer to correct the error or cancel the affected order.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is accepted by High Prints, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before order completion.
Any legally required taxes or government charges will be handled as required by applicable law.
5. Payment — Cash on Delivery
High Prints currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
No credit card, debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other electronic payment method is currently offered unless expressly stated on the website.
Under COD, payment is collected from the customer when the order is delivered according to the carrier’s applicable delivery procedures.
Customers should not send payment to any person or account claiming to represent High Prints unless the payment method has been expressly authorized by High Prints.
6. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
An order is not necessarily accepted merely because the customer submits an order form or receives an automated acknowledgment.
High Prints may verify product availability, delivery information, and other order details before accepting an order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing or listing error, inability to verify the delivery information, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business or legal reasons.
If an order is cancelled before delivery and no payment has been collected, no payment will be due.
7. Delivery
High Prints currently sells and delivers products to customers in the United States only.
Estimated delivery periods are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will maintain a reasonable basis for any shipment or delivery representation we make.
Delivery may be affected by inventory availability, order processing, carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, address problems, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If High Prints becomes unable to fulfill an order within the represented or otherwise applicable period, we will provide appropriate notice and an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
8. Customer Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite, unit, ZIP code, and other information necessary for delivery.
High Prints is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
9. Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the product arrives visibly damaged, broken, or faulty, the customer should contact High Prints promptly at:

Photographs or videos may be requested to document damage or a product condition issue.
10. Returns and Refunds
High Prints provides a 15-day refund/return period for products that are delivered faulty or broken, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
The 15-day period begins on the date of delivery.
Products that are functioning properly and materially match their listing are generally not eligible for return solely because the customer changes their mind, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. 90-Day Limited Warranty
Eligible products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
The warranty covers qualifying defects in workmanship or functionality that arise during the warranty period under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, liquid or environmental damage, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, incompatible consumables or accessories, negligence, or other causes outside normal intended use, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The warranty does not create any manufacturer warranty unless a manufacturer expressly provides one.
High Prints is the seller providing this limited warranty.
12. Warranty Remedies
If an eligible product develops a qualifying defect during the 90-day warranty period, High Prints may, as appropriate:
- troubleshoot the issue;
- provide technical assistance;
- provide replacement parts;
- repair the product;
- replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
13. Cancellation
A customer may contact High Prints to request cancellation before an order has been shipped.
Because High Prints uses Cash on Delivery, cancellation before payment is collected generally means that no refund transaction is required.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
14. Fraud and Abusive Orders
High Prints may refuse, cancel, or investigate orders involving suspected fraud, false information, repeated abusive conduct, unauthorized use of another person’s information, or other unlawful activity.
Nothing in this provision limits any rights available under applicable law.
15. Manufacturer Names and Compatibility
High Prints is an independent retailer.
References to Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, or other manufacturers are for product identification, compatibility, or descriptive purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
High Prints does not represent that it is an authorized dealer, service center, partner, or representative of a manufacturer unless that relationship is expressly stated.
16. Advertising
High Prints may advertise its products through Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, social-media platforms, search engines, and other advertising channels.
Advertising claims are intended to accurately reflect the products and services available from High Prints.
Prices, inventory, product availability, and promotional offers may change.
Advertised offers are subject to their stated terms and availability.
17. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, product availability, specifications, pricing, images, and other information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
High Prints may correct errors and update website information at any time.
18. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, original photographs, design elements, and other materials owned by High Prints may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or distributed without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in that policy.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High Prints will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase or use of a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
22. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Consumers may have rights under applicable federal and state laws in addition to the policies stated here.
